As an independent consultant for the past 11 years, it has been my pleasure to bring my human resource skills to many small businesses in the Southeast area. I have been able to assess the needs of a business or organization, and implement them while coaching the management team in order to help achieve their goals.
Adding mediation services to my portfolio seemed like a natural progression to add to my already 20+ years in the business. This is a much-needed amenity for this area and I am thrilled to be able to offer this.
When I’m not working I love to travel, hang out with my family and friends, play card and board games, read a good mystery novel, study personalities, and enjoy a cup of quality coffee in one of my favourite mugs.
